How many people actually read the ending credits to games? Well, here's another opportunity for us to showcase the talent behind the game. Game design can be a fun, though a life consuming endeavor, and all we want is for you to enjoy our work. Oh, and a little recognition for it helps make it all worthwhile!

BRENT ERICKSON - Director of MediaTech West
Brent Erickson sure knows his cars. He drives a self-customized Porsche, and runs around the grocery store with a shopping cart like he's in the Daytona 500. Besides the fact that Brent's been a racing fanatic since a wee boy, he's been involved in oval track racing via stock cars, SCCA racing in a Mustang GT and Porsche 911, and Porsche club racing in a Porsche 911. There was even a little drag racing action thrown in there somewhere. On the mechanical side, Brent's built and repaired his stock car, and built a raceable, slant-nose 911 from a 1981 Porsche. He's also rebuilt or restored several other cars including a Fiat Spider.
Brent's been programming, design, and managing for over 18 years now, so that makes him a veteran. He was the founder and president of Flashpoint Productions, and is currently Division Director of Media Tech West. He has over fifty software titles to his credit, including such noteworthy products as Martian Memorandum, Mean Streets, and the granddaddy golf game of all time, Links.
Late at night Brent can be heard mumbling his favorite motivational saying, "I'll get plenty of sleep when I'm dead."

SHAUN MITCHELL - Graphics Guru
Shaun entered the computer game industry in 1990 as an artist with Access Software where he worked on Martian Memorandum and Amazon, Guardians of Eden, as well as Links. Shaun later co-founded Flashpoint Productions with Brent Erickson, where he co-designed the dark adventure, Noctropolis, which was published by EA. Flashpoint was acquired in 1995 by Bethesda Softworks and Shaun has worked on many projects under the Bethesda label. XCar is the first fully produced project by the west coast development office, and Shaun is eagerly awaiting phenomenal sales of the game to fund his own sport prototype development venture and race team.
Shaun enjoys life in Washington State with his wife, Pamela, and three sons, David, Zachary and Jace.

GUY CARVER - CodeMan!
Guy is the senior programmer at Media Tech West. He's been hacking away in the computer game industry for 6 years now, and has worked on an Amiga conversion of the golf game Links conversion, a 32X golf game, a snowboarding game for the Super Nintendo, and various video and development tools. Guy enjoys driving his Mustang, all sorts of outdoors activities and movies.

CHRIS DOLL - Artiste'
Being from Michigan, Chris could hardly avoid the lure of automobiles. And since he seriously considered designing cars during a time in his life, designing XCar was a wonderful tangent for him.
Chris's fascination with futuristic conceptualization shows in his work.
He's got a trunk full of art degrees and certifications in Film Production, Industrial Design, and 3D stuff. Chris has found a wonderful nexus in game design for his love of Film Production and Product Design.

BART W. RYDALCH - Technical Artist/Video Engineer
Bart's the second son of a Horse Jockey's wife. Since he was too big to be a Jockey, too small to play football, and all the jobs were taken at the dealership he moved into another profession.
His education? A piece of paper that says he's qualified to be a Graphic Artist and that he knows his way around a dark room. He supposedly spent 7 years designing and building real and imaginary weapons of mass destruction for the government during the cold war. Lately, he's been producing subliminal mind control graphics for the gaming industry. You might have been conditioned by him playing such games as such Noctropolis, PBA Bowling, Future Shock and Daggerfall.
Since he was raised in the car business, a racing game worked well with his deviant past. Now his days are spent chasing his rug rats and idolizing his wife.

KELLY RAINS - Wild man with the Graphics
Kelly has three years of gaming experience under his belt, having been involved with titles such as XCar, SkyNET, Daggerfall and The Lost Mind of Dr. Brain. Away from work, Kelly enjoys sports, movies, and spending time with his family.
He is currintly wurking on getting his Master's Deegree in Spelleeng and Prufereeding.

PETER SUNDHOLM - Programming
Peter's been on the XCar team for about a year now, hacking away at code. He's done some minor work on such games as Noctropolis, and an all out, action packed golf game for the 32X. He of course has a background in Computer Science, having graduated from Evergreen State College.
His interests? Sports, computer games, trading card games, movies and spending time with da Wifey.

MICHAEL MATTHEWS - a.k.a. "The Chosen One"
Michael started in data entry for Flashpoint's Noctropolis, and shortly after took on the tedious task of plotting the 3-D courses for Sega's 32X golf game. Since then, he has spent his time learning 3-D tools such as 3-D Studio 4 and 3-D Studio MAX, and has put his knowledge to good use in PBA Bowling, SkyNET, and practically built all of the cars, tracks, and other assorted models for XCar.
He still wants to be Stiletto when he grows up.
